Now that you are in the Pro Shop, the following contains information about your shopping experience here as well as the payment and shipping process.
You can navigate through the various categories by clicking on any of the links to the right or you can click on the links through the descriptions you are about to read. Once in the product page click on any picture for a larger view of the item.
To select any items you would like to purchase click on the Add to Cart button. This will take you to the shopping cart page where you can proceed to check out or click Continue Shopping button to either add more items or just browse around. When you are ready to check out, click the View Cart button, located at the top of each page, you will then be re-directed to the shopping cart page. For taxes (if applicable) and shipping costs, enter your country and postal or zip code and press Update Cart button.
The payment process is through PayPal although you are not required to have a Paypal account to purchase items. Once you are sent to the Paypal secure page, click on the PayPal button if you have an account or click on the continue button found to the left of the Paypal button and pay directly with your Mastercard, Visa or American Express credit card.
Shipping is a weakness of this shopping cart as most shopping carts are developed for the US market. Unfortunately our Canadian shipping rates differ dramatically therefore we cannot customize this site to account for the discrepancy. The shipping is based on the highest cost to ship that particular item. To ensure you do not pay more than you should, we would appreciate it if you would go to our Contact Us page and email us your destination postal or zip code along with the type of items you wish to order. We will then calculate the exact cost to ship that item to your destination and then send you a discount code you can apply towards the shipping costs at checkout. If you pay for the item before you realize there is a possible discount available, send us an email and we will ensure you receive the discount for the next item you purchase or refund the extra shipping costs you already paid. Please be aware that there are charges included in the shipping for packaging and handling.
The Product Pages are self-explanatory. Any items that are classified as new, implies they are the current year’s products, however some products have been around for a while and are still considered to be in new condition. Items that are classified as pre-owned were usually taken in as a trade. Items classified as used were demos. Each product has a picture associated with them – these are usually pictures of the actual items. Click on the picture for a larger, more detailed view of the item.
